The Templates

Three types of templates exist (SMS, Email, Hook), and must be linked to one type of scenario (“Dispute”, “Transaction” or “Installment Payment”). You cannot use an SMS template for Transaction in a Dispute scenario. In the end, a template will be linked to one or more specific rules within one or more scenario.

It's necessary to foresee what kind of templates you will need for each set of rules created.
