In order to facilitate the SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) from a customer to his merchant, we have set the "virtual IBAN" up. With this solution you won't need to use SCT references anymore, each customer will have an unique virtual IBAN. You can find it in 4 different ways :
It's possible to generate a virtual IBAN for a customer, either when creating or when updating the profile.
Here is the code to show you how you do it when creating but the process is the same when updating, we send the merchant walletId in the request :

This response is sent back when the customer has been created with a virtual IBAN.
You can find the virtual IBAN on the merchant page in our backoffice :
When you call the /sctTransaction service yon can send the parameter ibanWalletId linked to the merchant's walletID that will receive the funds.
